Service and experience designer.

As a designer, I’ve learned that the most important question isn’t how to solve the problem, it’s whether you’re solving the right one. I’m a service and experience designer. That means I work across the full picture, the people using a service or a product, the teams delivering it, and the organization holding it together. I go to the root of things: asking why, mapping systems, untangling what’s actually generating the problem. That process takes me beyond traditional design territory, into organizational strategy, systems orchestration, and the decisions that shape everything downstream.I’ve worked across consultancy, healthcare, public space, and social innovation. The contexts change. The depth doesn’t.I’m also driven by a genuine curiosity about people, psychology, human behavior and what makes individuals and communities thrive.

Saba is also a member of the CODAME team, designing and orchestrating programs and community experiences, including hackathons and live events as part of a broader creative ecosystem. Her work spans event design, participant experience journeys, onboarding, engagement flows, and post-event continuity, while contributing to experience strategy, coordination, and alignment across organizers and stakeholders.
