Cesca is joining with an existing team but looking for specific complementary skills to realize her vision. She is seeking:
Visual Designers to shape the aesthetic depth of the project.
Technical Alchemists to bridge the gap between concept and interaction.
Cesca explores the tension between “upgrading” and “becoming.” She challenges the mainstream view of the future human as a mere checklist of efficiency, cognition, and control. Her vision pulls attention back to the unquantifiable—depth, responsibility, and the right to be imperfectly human. She asks: If we can redesign minds, bodies, and societies, what do we owe the parts of us that don’t scale, such as grief, wonder, intimacy, and slowness? Her latest work explores these themes through experiential design, providing a counter-narrative to the drive for technological optimization.
The New Human is...
The New Human is a becoming being. For Cesca, this means acknowledging that our evolution is not just a technological upgrade but a deeper commitment to the parts of our humanity that cannot and should not be quantified or automated.
