Project Summary
This project opens a small window into Matteo’s imagination.
His ABC drawings are full of tiny stories, animals, and unexpected details. At first glance they may seem simple, almost childlike. But when you look closer, an entire world begins to appear.
Inspired by the spirit of the song “ABC” by the Jackson Five, the project explores a simple idea: sometimes the most meaningful things—love, imagination, curiosity—are also the most natural. As easy as A-B-C. As intuitive as 1-2-3.
A Journey Through Images
The experience invites visitors to move through three images.
When you zoom deeply into the first drawing, it transforms into a second world.
Looking closer again reveals a third.
And when you explore the third image closely enough, you return to the first.
This looping journey reflects something essential about The New Human:
that meaning often reveals itself only when we slow down, look closer, and allow ourselves to explore what lies beneath the surface.
It is a reminder that imagination is not something we leave behind as adults.
It is something we rediscover when we pay attention.
Interaction
Visitors can explore the drawing freely:
• Click and drag to move through the scene
• Scroll or move closer to zoom into details
• Double-click to enter hidden sections
Inside each section, elements from Matteo’s drawings appear as small interactive cut-outs. Visitors can move them, rearrange them, and play with them—almost as if they had stepped inside the artist’s sketchbook.
Artistic Process
Initially, the idea was to use AI to recreate Matteo’s drawings as fully spatial environments.
But during the process something important became clear:
the true magic was already there in the original sketches.
In a world where technology can generate hyper-realistic images in seconds, what remains rare is the raw imagination of a human mind.
Matteo’s drawings may look rough or simple.
But they carry something machines cannot reproduce: emotion, memory, and soul.
A Glimpse Toward 2036
In the world imagined by The New Human, technology helps reduce the weight of repetitive work and productivity pressure.
It gives us back something precious:
time to explore imagination, curiosity, and emotion.
A world where we remember how to look closely again.
Sentio, ergo sum.
I feel, therefore I am.
Come explore Matteo’s world: ABC Magni-fire
