Antoinette Bumatay-Chan (she/her) is a Portland-based creative developer who merges code, art, and storytelling to craft immersive and interactive experiences. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, she later obtained an M.S. in Visualization, where she fell in love with generative art and interactive technology.

Antoinette starts each project with a loose direction, allowing room for exploration. She approaches technical challenges as opportunities, using curiosity and flexibility to embrace creative detours that shape the final outcome. While she has collaborated on numerous projects, she is now focused on finding her voice as an individual artist, continuing to create work that fosters connection and understanding. Ultimately, she loves combining her interests of art and technology to create beautiful captivating visualizations and experiences that inspire curiosity, joy, empathy, and play.
